Hi, I'm Harshad.








I work as the Community Programme Manager at TraceLink, where I'm driving global community engagement within healthcare supply chain ecosystem. Leveraging the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry's largest digital network of 291,000+ members.








Earlier, I founded Incluspace (started as Human Library Hyderabad) - an initiative where books are people and reading is a conversaion. I worked with Microsoft, Schneider Electric, DE Shaw, TCS and institutions like IIT Hyderabad, BITS Goa, NIT Trichy, FLAME University, Osmania University and more. You can listen to my journey and the inception of HLH in my TEDx talk at NIT Trichy.








Our work was published in Vice India, The Hindu, The Better India, YourStory, Scroll., TheNewsMinute, ScoopWhoop, MensXP, Stumagz, The National, Tribune India, Telangana Today, Indian Express, Deccan Chronicle, Blush, Business Standard, Grin News, El Pais, India Today Magazine and several other TV/radio shows around the globe.








Before that, I built and managed communities for tech products and services spanning diverse sectors like B2B SaaS, Fintech, Gaming, Co-working, Web3 and Online Publications. I also briefly worked with Silly Monks as a Content Executive on feature film marketing.








Before that, I studied Political Science at the Wadia College, University of Pune and Media Business Administration at Annapurna College of Film and Media, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
